Shipping Policy

Delivery is free for all orders across India.

Drawing and delivery: allow up to 7 working days — 3 working days for drawing and up to 4 working days for courier delivery, depending on your location.

Preview approval: after completing your drawing, we send a preview on WhatsApp. We dispatch the artwork after you approve it. Waiting for your approval may extend the delivery date.

Tracking: once dispatched, use Track Order with your order number and WhatsApp number.

Damaged artwork: contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. PICTOART pays return shipping. See our Refund Policy for details.
