Every portrait is personalised, made-to-order artwork based on your photo.

Returns: we accept returns for artwork that arrives damaged only. Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Report damage within 7 days of delivery. Contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the damage. Please contact us before sending artwork back so we can provide return instructions.

PICTOART pays return shipping for damaged artwork.
